Regardless of physical and/or mental health disabilities, my training in 𝑾𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆-𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 & 𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒐𝒙 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎, we can achieve the results you want!
My journey began during the COVID Pandemic to avoid feelings of isolation, I hired an online coach to train me and keep me motivated. With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating weekly fitness and nutrition plans that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and cardio and weight training,, to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivate you to reach your goals.

I understand that adapting new fitness and nutrition habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness and nutrition, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
